Drop-down Interfaces
A dropdown interface is a user interface component that allows users to select an option from a list of items that drops down when clicked or interacted with. It is typically presented as an input field that, when activated, displays a vertical or horizontal reduced interface.
Dropdown interfaces are useful for saving screen space and make an action or show some texts or options without going out of the home page. This type of interface is common in web forms, mobile applications, and desktop software.
As an example, Meet has a dropdown interface to see a review of the profile of the meeting participants without going out of the main meeting interface.
