User Consent Agreement

By creating an account and using GameOn!, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account details you provide (name, email, role, team affiliation).
  • Availability, scheduling, and payment-related activity.
  • Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, login timestamps).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide core features such as roster management, scheduling, substitutions, communication, and payments.
  • To maintain security, detect fraud, and enforce fair use.
  • To improve user experience.

3. Sharing of Information

  • We do not sell user data.
  • Information may be shared with trusted third-party services (e.g., authentication, payment processors).
  • Anonymized data may be used for analytics.

4. Consent

By signing up, you explicitly consent to:

  • The storage and processing of your data for the purpose of providing the service.
  • Receiving in-app notifications and essential service-related emails.
  • Participation in app features (e.g., availability tracking, payment reminders, team communication).

5. Withdrawing Consent

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement is between you and GameOn!. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the following:

1. License Grant

  • The GameOn! source code is licensed under the MIT License, which grants you broad rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software. This Agreement covers your use of the hosted App and services.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not misuse the hosted App or its services, including by engaging in fraudulent activity, harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt service availability.

3. Ownership

  • This App is licensed under the MIT License. The original source code is © GameOn! Project Team. Users are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software in accordance with the terms of the MIT License.

4. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the hosted App and services if you violate this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or data availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • You are responsible for any costs, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
