• Retrospective of the sprint: what went well, what we should improve. Anything needing improvement has a plan of action.
• Spoke about breaking up teams (front-end, back-end) and perhaps having team leaders for each team.
• Backend setup tutorial (done by Luca)

• Finish up any pending tasks and get the PR approved before the deadline.
