• Discussed overall organization of the project
• Created a list of work items for the week
• Created a workload seperation between team members

Workload structure:

• Front-end: Lara (also willing to full stack)
• Back-end: Johnny, Danny, Luca
• Full stack: Everyone else
• Project planners will be: Maria, Lara, Asim, Zach, Luca, Karim and maybe Johnny

Work Items defined

• Define the scope of the project (making project backlog)
• Meetings will be on Sundays or Wednesday/Thursdays when needed
• Define the scope of the next two sprint (iterations)
• Create a style guide for the app to assure parity
