• Fairness in Features: Reputation and reliability scores will be designed with precaution to keep away from bias against minority groups or new players. Scoring will only focus on attendance and patterns observed during games, not personal judgments.

• Safe Environment: Built-in messaging system tools like reporting, muting and word filters will protect users from harassment or discrimination, which will ensure a safe space for everyone.

• Equal Opportunity to Play: The substitution system gives all players a fair and equal chance to play games, which will make it easier for new and less-connected players to join games and build a fair community.
