Number of people?

• whoever come is the right people :D i.e. once we pick a date & place, announce it via SoCraTes UK media (and a page on the website?) and let people book their accommodation themselves.

Possible dates?

• Possibly Sat 2nd - Sat 9th or Sat 9th - Sat 16th Sept 2023, would work well with the people in the room.

Possible locations?

• By The Way in Tyndrum - seems already quite fully booked, so possible for 2024?
