- I'll be practicing Taiji form (Old Yang 37), Standing Post (Zhan Zhuang) and Silk Reeling (Chan Siu Jing) in the mornings from 7am-8am (before breakfast) in the outside green areas (exactly where TBC) just like last Socrates.
