Here's a page to coordinate how to keep each other protected from covid (and other air-born viruses)

Each participant should receive a pack with a test + mask for every day they're at the conference. Test as you arrive (or as soon as possible) and before leaving your room in the morning.

Masks to be worn indoors (except when actively eating/drinking). All food can be consumed outside (and we'll cross our fingers that the forecast stays clement - currently showing 18C during the day).

We have received the below ventilation numbers from the venue for each meeting rooms. They've also mentioned: "maximum allowed concentration within a 8 hour working period: 5000 - 10000 ppm" but we'll hopefully be able to achieve better!

A few people have CO2 monitors and we encourage taking/sharing actual measurements throughout the event
