Here are the few steps necessary to obtain your steamLoginSecure cookie from Google Chrome.

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More (3 dots stacked on top of each other) and then Settings.
3. Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
4. Click See all cookies and site data and then search for steamcommunity and click it.
5. Scroll down until you find the steamLoginSecure tab, clicking it will provide a dropdown menu with a Content list item.

You have now found your steamLoginSecure cookie, just copy and paste it where it's needed.
