Minecraft dimensions. Here's how you can get them:
Below - chance for it to
spawn
is a shipwreck is 10% and in underwater ruins 12%.
Brute - chance for it to drop
from Piglin Brute is 10%.
Gilded - chance to spawn in
Bastion treasure* is 35% and in other Bastion loot* 6%.
Guardian - chance for it to
drop
from Elder Guardian is 15%.
Husk - chance for it to drop
from Husk is 5%.
Lightning - when lightning
rod
strikes any music disc, it transforms into this one.
Mashup - this is can be
crafted from 4 diamonds and music discs Lightning, Shrieker, Souless, The Wither and The Ender
Dragon.
Mineshaft - chance for it to
spawn guess where, mineshafts*, is 6%.
No Escape (Ft. Laudividni) -
chance for it to
spawn in Nether Fortress* is 16%.
Pumpkin - chance for it to
drop
from witch is 9%.
Raiders - chance for it to

The Wither - drops from The
Wither every time it gets killed.
Warden Run - drops from

50% of the time.

for it to spawn in a cartographer's house is 20%.
Fading Memories - this one
should drop from trail ruins, but it doesn't work because of minecraft code.
Final Stage - you can get
it by smiting together music discs The Wither, The Ender Dragon and a lava bucket.
Gold Rush - chance for it
to spawn in Bastion treasure* is 20%.
Haunted Mansion - chance
for it to spawn in a Woodland Mansion is 8%.
Horizons - you can get it
in shipwreck treasure(5% chance), or in buried treasure(16% chance).
Iron Oath - drops from iron
golem 11% of the time, but only when it's killed by a player.
Last Hallway - chance for
it to be in a Stronghold crossing is 6% and in Stronghold corridor 14%.
Sakura Valley - this one is
a bit tricky, because you have to find a village in cherry grove biome and then it spawns in a normal
villager house, or in cartographer's house 64% of the time.
Whispering Woods - chance
for it to spawn in a normal villager house in a forest is 12%, in a birch forest 10%, in a dark forest 15%
and in a flower forest 8%.
* this applies to one chest, not to the whole structure.
