Overall Atmosphere Algorithm In the cross-chain of the Atmosphere, the ownership of the original chain assets will be transferred from the user to Disributed Notaries, which will generate corresponding mapping assets for the users in the Spectrum. This process is realized atomically. It is called the Lock-in process of the asset. Similarly, the user can also send a request to the distributed notaries to continue to atomically restore the mapped assets on the Spectrum back to the original chain asset, which is called the Lock-out process of the asset.
