Slenderware Project Management
In an environment where projects are consistently failing, we must ask ourselves why and how we can turn them around. Projects equate to money and the more we fail not only do we loose that money but our reputation as an IT company. Projects are failing for reasons such as poor quality of the project specification, cancellation after launch, high cost variances, substantially late delivery, and functionality issues.
Imagine going through all the time and effort to cost and quote a project only to be declined by the customer? How do you know where in the software development life cycle your project is at any given time?
Slenderware was created for the purpose of bridging the divide between the project and the customer. Part of the Slenderware Management System is to track a project every step of the way. This provides managers with the ability to quickly and easily report the status of projects and ascertain whether they are on the right track or if their not. Projects fail due to lack of information, here the Slenderware Project Management software includes functions to add details to a project like 'parts' that need to be built.
When a customer can view the status of their project it gives them a more secure feeling towards the company developing their project.
The ultimate goal for Slenderware Project Management is to strive for better success rates of projects through easy fundamental project management tools.
