In 1.14, Mojang introduced block loot tables to allow customization of block drops using datapacks. Unfortunately, this removed the special behavior of shulker boxes always dropping themselves even by methods that normally don't drop the block, most commonly regenerating the 5x5 obsidian platform in the End dimension.

To avoid accidental loss of items to this bug, this plugin will drop all shulker boxes on the platform as items upon players entering the End dimension.
