How to use Line Markers
A line marker can be added to a tile by shift right-clicking and selecting Add line
. The line can then be rotated by still holding down shift and scrolling the mouse wheel up or down. This can also be changed later in the panel. Subsequent new lines added while still holding down the shift key will be added to the same line marker group. The group can be changed later in the panel. The colour and width of a line can be changed in the panel. A line can also be deleted in the panel or by shift right-clicking the tile it is on and selecting Remove line
. Line marker groups can be toggled by pressing the visibility eye button. The number of line marker groups displayed in the panel can be reduced by changing the panel filter from ALL
to
REGION
,
VISIBLE
or
HIDDEN
. Alternatively you can use the search, which will display all groups where the name contains the search term. Two line marker groups can be quickly merged by renaming either of them to the name of the other.
Common issues
-
You have probably accidentally clicked the filter button so that no markers meet the selected filter criteria. Click the filter button until it says All my markers are gone !?!
ALL
to see every existing marker.
-
The export button will include all the marker groups that are currently displayed in the panel. Use the search or the filter button to display fewer marker groups in the panel. How can I export only a single marker group?
-
Enter the (currently useless) name of the marker group in question in the search bar. Open the in-game world map and pan/zoom around to see if you can find it, as it will be the only marker that can show up on the world map when it has been searched/filtered. If this process is too tedious you can export the marker, paste it into a text editor and look at the How can I remind myself where and what a marker is used for if I did not give it a useful name?

coordinate values. These numbers can be looked up in an interactive world map.
