ALERT : Downgrading from Latest EMUI 11 disables your phone's Fast Charging, Fastboot, USB Connection and TestPoint.
The only way to fix it is updating through OTA, E-Recovery or Dload by memory card to latest EMUI 11. Step 1:

Download HiSuite_11.0.0.610_OVE Install HISuite Open HISuite Proxy Click on "SETUP"

Wait for SETUP to finish

NOTE You only need CUST & Preload packages if you're switching major OS, like EMUI 10 to EMUI 10.1 or EMUI 10.1 to EMUI 11 Step 4 - Find your desired rom version:

Go to Firm Finder Or Firm Finder v2.0 websites Search your phone model, CXXX code or vendor name Enter "Target Version" the rom version you want, for example I want EMUI 12 ( 102.0.0 ) for my BLA->

Step 5 - Click on "View Rom" and then "Add Rom"

Step 6:

Connect your phone to PC Click on "Update" in HISuite.
