What is needed to start an event? - SkautDevs/kissj GitHub Wiki

So you decided to use KISSJ for your event. Congratulations!

All following information has to be put into system to get it fully functional and to be most beautiful (:

event information

  • event start day + end day
  • registration opening start date + time
  • event website
  • contact mail for registration person/team
  • event logo for footer and mail branding
  • link for registration rules + GDPR on the event website - participants will be agreeing with this text
  • maximal numbers for participants:
    • in total
    • all roles separated,
    • participants in patrols/troops if needed
  • pre-registration is allowed?
  • bank account number for paying event fee
  • payments currency
  • variable symbol prefix - rest will be randomized for the security purposes
  • IBAN for generating payment QRs needed even for CZ-only events - can be generated at https://www.cnb.cz/en/payments/iban/iban-calculator-czech-republic/
  • (optional) bank API read-only token for enabling automatic bank payments - currently fully supported bank is Fio, others can be implemented
  • App-id token - Only if you want to allow login via SkautIs. It is possible to retrieve such token at https://ws.skautis.cz/zadost based on further specification from the Kissj Team.

event-type information

  • languages allowed for registration - currently CZ, SK & ENG is ready, but any will do
  • login via email, SkautIS or both
  • roles to allow - current options are patrols, troops, ISTs & guests
  • prices for all required roles
  • deadline for the payment - default is 14 days
  • allow payment receipt issue automatically after payment receivement
  • Safe from Harm questionnaire after payment
  • allow entrance QR code
  • required details for each role
    • if needed, with food options allow?
    • if needed, what position offers for ISTs?
  • changes in translation texts specific for event-type - any texts can be tailored to specific needs
  • (optional) graphic manual/event colors to color whole registration - show where should be which color in light and dark mode
