What is needed to send from organizing team to registration team

it has to be put into system to get it fully functional and to most beautiful state (:

  • what languages allow for registration (currently is CZ, SK & ENG, but any will do)
  • what roles to allow - patrols, troops, ISTs, guests
  • what details to require for each role with what food options allow, what position offers for ISTs
  • event start day + end day
  • start date + time for registration
  • maximal numbers for participants - all roles, participants in patrols/troops, in total
  • event logo - for footer and mail branding
  • graphic manual/event colors - to coloring all registration (optional)
  • price for all participant roles
  • currency for payments
  • how long participants have for the payment (default is 14 days)
  • bank account number for showing where to pay
  • prefix for variable symbol (optional)
  • IBAN for payment QRs
  • bank API read-only token (optional), for enabling automatic bank payments
  • if receipt is allowed and if so, check if wording is good and how image of sign and stamp looks
  • event main website
  • link for GDPR anywhere on the web, but preferably on event website - participants will be agreeing with this text
  • main contact mail for registration team
  • any changes in translation texts specific for event - mainly emails
  • is login done via email, SkautIS or both?
