What is a server, and how is it different from a regular computer? How would you describe this difference to a friend who doesn’t know much about computers?
A server is a computer that is often headless (no monitor) that hosts services that people can use. A server is a lot similar to the desktop version but it is meant to host things that people can use.
How does the way Windows Server receives updates differ from Windows Home and Pro?
Windows servers receives updates during the installation with the server manager tool and the server can even disable updates entirely unlike Windows Home and Pro
Does Windows Server have different hardware requirements than Windows Home or Pro?
No, however, the windows server can support higher tier hardware such as instead of 2TB of RAM, a server and support up to 24 TB of RAM
