Active LOA Example

Command	Description
`>loa_set`	Assigns the channel to be a suggestion channel. The bot will take control of this channel and post a header to be used.
`>loa_header`	Creates a new suggestion header, used for DEBUG purposes or if its deleted.
Original User reacts with an emote with the name `PurpleTick`	Marks the LOA as INACTIVE.
