After adding the plugin to your server and restart, you are encouraged to open up the items folder and play with the default files, learn how to configure items, and create a few of your own.
When you're ready to view them in-game, run the command /bending item gui to pull up an inventory GUI containing all the items you have created. (If something you created isn't popping up, check console for any errors about what went wrong!)
You can then click the items to add a copy to your inventory.
