10/7/15: Enemies should increase in difficulty gently down floors. Higher level enemies should appear scarcely, then increase in number over floors.

Enemy Colours/Levels

By level:

  1. White
  2. Yellow
  3. Orange
  4. Green
  5. Blue
  6. Brown
  7. Black (Minibosses)
  8. Red (Bosses)
  9. Purple (Superbosses)
  10. Final Colour (Lifter of Worlds)

Enemy Types

Mimic

Pretends to be another tile, eg a Chest or Staircase. When a player is adjacent, turns into true form and chases player intermittently.

Somewhat Uncommon

Flying Pests

Generic flying enemies, could be bats or birds or whatever. Fast and Weak.

Common

Crawler

Some form of crawling enemy. Slow and Weak. Tough in numbers.

Somewhat Common

Displacer

Enemy that can turn invisible, acts as a tougher enemy. Fast and Strong.

Skeletomorphs

Lots of different morphs of skeletons. Four-legged skeletons with lances.
