The following list presents the main, coarse-grained business processes of Show your Heart. Each process is specified in detail in a separate page.

• Roles: defining users roles and their permissions.
• ORG. Organisation management: organisations register and request applying a method offered by a network.
• MAS. Master data management: examples of master data are legal entity types and industry sectors; it could also include defining the email templates related to organisation registration.
• NET. Network management: defining the networks that are using the tool.
• EMA. Email template management: defining of the email templates that are used to send messages to the users.
• MET. ESG accounting method management: definition of ESG accounting methods; i.e. topics, indicators, validation rules, surveys.
• CAM. Campaign management: defining, opening, closing ESG accounting campaigns.
• ACC. ESG accounting by organisations: the lifecycle of the ESG accounts; that is, filling in single-stakeholder surveys, deploying multiple-stakeholder surveys, technical validation, evaluation, etc.
• AUD. Auditing of ESG accounts: verifying that the data of a given ESG account is accurate.
