Configuration of landing page

There will be a default landing page that is generic for any user, any network. Then each Network admin can choose whether to have their own landing page or not. For instance, REAS Red de Redes will have their own landing page. Also XES and REAS Euskadi.,

The Network Admin dhould be able to define texts, colours (ideally via a style), logos, etc.
