MAS. Master data management

Geographical scope

For every organisation, we want to know:

• Country: We could use the list of the United Nations
• Region: This could be autonomous communities in the case of Spain, provinces in the case of the Netherlands, states in germany.
• City: The lists of cities

The Superadmin maintains this data.

Legal entity types (formas jurídicas, in Spanish)

There will be a 2-level taxonomy of legal entity types.

Primary legal entity type

The primary legal entity type is a generalisation that is later refined in the secondary one (e.g. cooperative, limited society, foundation, etc.). Therefore, this level is generic for all networks and managed by the Superadmin. When an organisation registers for the first time, they are asked to choose their primary legal entity type (see activity ORG.01. ESG accountant attempts to register and requests using method)

The first level is this one:

• Cooperative
• Non-profit organisation
• Workers-owned company
• Commercial
• Other
• Autonomous
• Mutual insurance

Secondary legal entity type

A more refined legal entity type. The second level is specific of every network and managed by the Network admin.
