Current Project Status Summary: GREEN / AMBER / RED
The project has successfully completed all major features outlined in the sprint plan. DeepLabCut implementation has been achieved with 100% completion across all tasks, including offline setup, labeling, training test videos, and testing with both same and different controls. This ensures a fully functional offline system. Additionally, the live setup of DeepLabCut has been established and tested, enabling real-time tracking capabilities. The design of an intuitive GUI for exercise selection, as well as the development of posture correction algorithms for Exercise 1 and Exercise 2, has also been completed. Furthermore, a feedback system to provide users with insights on their exercises has been implemented successfully. Overall, the project is on track and has met all sprint goals.
