Tech Journal Requirements

For each of your lab assignments in SYS-140, you will be asked to add an entry to your tech journal containing the following information:

A brief (one sentence) summary describing what you did in the lab. Any commands or instructions that you found useful and will need to use again in the future. Any problems you ran into during the lab, and what troubleshooting steps you took to fix them. Individual labs may also contain specific items to include or questions to answer within your tech journal.

Lab 0

Lab 0 was to learn how you can connect to a computer using another computer through the internet. The VM is very useful to have when experimenting with the program files of another computer. A problem I ran into when completing the lab was when connecting to my assigned computer outside of class, someone would be using the computer. SO I had to wait until midnight to make sure no one would be on at that point.
