This page will look at what went right last semester, what went wrong and what we should try to do differently.
1. What went right/worked well or better than expected?
• Concepting – idea dev • Level blockout looks better than expected • Trello was useful • Git worked really well (once we all knew how to use it)
2. What went wrong/didn’t really work?
• Communication could be better • Trello could have had more stories added • GDD wiki was underutilized • Creating Flit’s working animation was very difficult and time-consuming
3. What would you do differently next time?
• More group meetings face to face • Keeping off topic chatroom to a minimum • All team members need to keep updating the Trello to show any tasks that have been/being worked on
