Incremental Deliverable 5 Plan

• We had estimated last time that it would take us 350-400 hours to complete the stuff we had planned to do in ID 3. We logged 250 hours
• We estimate about 150-200 hours to accomplish the stuff in ID 5

Plan(including dev and testing)

• Finishing up in progress tasks from ID 4
  • Finish the CI(ID 5 mini milestone 3)
  • Finish smoke tests and have them run in the CI(ID 5 mini milestone 7)
  • Implement the mockups in the react native app(ID 5 mini milestone 2)
  • Have the app fully use the backend(ID 5 mini milestone 3)
  • Have the MIBS system send emails and push notifications(ID 5 mini milestone 4)
  • Have the MIBS system send sms/mms(ID 5 mini milestone 5)(resources dependent)
  • Create an admin page website for the MIBS configuration(ID 5 mini milestone 6)
  • Set up the resources provided to us by IT department(ID 5 mini milestone 9)
• Fix all important bugs that we found in ID 4

Need: Having the MIBS system send sms/mms requires resources that the IT staff will have to provide us. As of now they are still looking into it and we'll see what happens when they get back to us.
