Incremental Deliverable 4 Plan

• We had estimated last time that it would take us 160-200 hours to complete the stuff we had planned to do in ID 3. We logged 290 hours
• This next deliverable is scheduled to be 3 weeks instead of the regular 2. With our expanded amount of developers we think we'll be able to accomplish more
• We estimate about 350-400 hours to accomplish the stuff in ID 4

Plan(including dev and testing)

• Finishing up in progress tasks from ID 3(ID 4 mini milestone 1)
  • Creating the MIBS API endpoints(ID 3 mini milestone 1)
  • Finish the CI(ID 3 mini milestone 3)
  • Finish smoke tests and have them run in the CI(ID 3 mini milestone 7)
  • Starting requirements and design for risk assessment and safe plan creator(ID 3 mini milestone 8)
• Implement the mockups in the react native app(ID 4 mini milestone 2)
• Have the app fully use the backend(ID 4 mini milestone 3)
• Have the MIBS system send emails and push notifications(ID 4 mini milestone 4)
• Have the MIBS system send sms/mms(ID 4 mini milestone 5)(resources dependent)
• Create an admin page website for the MIBS configuration(ID 4 mini milestone 6)
• Implement the mockups on the website(ID 4 mini milestone 7)
• Have the website use the MIBS API backend(ID 4 mini milestone 8)
• Set up the resources provided to us by IT department(ID 4 mini milestone 9)

Need: Having the MIBS system send sms/mms requires resources that the IT staff will have to provide us. As of now they are still looking into it and we'll see what happens when they get back to us.
