We felt like development wasn't going as fast as we wanted it to go
We added more part time developers, however, it still didn't help get more development done. One thing is that in this deliverable, we had a lot less hours than we had. We had asked developers to guess their availability going into reading week, however, they all were busier than they had anticipated during reading week.
This Retrospective
We felt like development wasn't going as fast as we wanted it to go
We aren't really sure how to fix this. Several of our key developers that have been doing large amounts of our development are pretty busy going into ID 5.
We don't think we can get our vision of the project finished.
This final deliverable will focus solely on fixing and improving the message in a bottle functionality since we know that we can get that done or atleast in a very good state instead of starting some half finished risk assessment and safe plan functionalities.
