Incremental Deliverable 3 Plan

• We had estimated last time that it would take us 100-140 hours to complete the stuff we had planned to do in ID 1. We have about 220 hours logged into ID 2 and we didn't even get everything we had wanted done.
• Based on our availability for the first we we expect to put about 80-100 hours into the project the first week of this 3rd deliverable and probably about the same in the second.
• Based on our adjusting expectation with what we actually got done, we came up with a plan that we think we can get done
• We are adding stretch goals incase we over shot in the too little planned, but we don't think we will be completing in ID 3

Plan

• Creating the MIBS API endpoints(ID 3 mini milestone 1)
• Creating an auth package that can be used to authenticate users(ID 3 mini milestone 2)
• Finish the CI(ID 3 mini milestone 3)
• Fix Bugs that came up during the deliverable(ID 3 mini milestone 4)
• Creating and running test cases(ID 3 mini milestone 5)
• Creating testing infrastructure for automating test cases(ID 3 mini milestone 6)
• Finish smoke tests and have them run in the CI(ID 3 mini milestone 7)
• Starting requirements and design for risk assessment and safe plan creator(ID 3 mini milestone 8)
• Implement the mockups in the react native app(ID 3 mini milestone 9)(stretch goal)
• Have the app fully use the backend(ID 3 mini milestone 10)(stretch goal)
