Estimates vs Actual

• We plan to overhaul our activity log tracking for ID 3 to rework how its done

  • Some benefits of this would be
    • Making it way easier to see estimated vs actual
    • Changing it from horizontal to vertical to make it slightly easier to read
    • Tracking per task instead of amount of work done overall
    • Breakdown per day instead of clusters of days.

• There are time estimates on most of the issues we did in our sprint on the project board or issue tracker

• This can be compared against the times logged in the activity log
