Core Groups of Users for Core Assigned Rights (different from User Assigned Rights).

All users, Everyone (including anonymous).

Registered accounts.

U20 user => U10 *

Registered accounts at least as old as $wgAutoConfirmAge and having at least as many edits as $wgAutoConfirmCount.

U21 autoconfirmed => U20 user

Registered accounts with confirmed email addresses.

U22 emailconfirmed => U20 user

Registered accounts given the right to moderate pages on Seizam.

U30 moderator => U20 user

To be implemented/used later.

Users who make/publish/sell artistic content through Seizam.

U50 artist => U20 user

Paid account (~40€/y)

U51 regular => U50 artist

Paid account (40€/y) (~400€/y).

U52 advanced => U50 Artist

Users who by default can change other users' rights.

U80 burocrat => U20 user

Accounts with the bot right (intended for automated scripts).

U89 bot => U80 burocrat

Users who by default can delete and restore pages, block and unblock users, et cetera.

U90 sysop => U80 burocrat
