Update OS

• Manage the bootloader of your FP3/FP3+
• If Settings > System > Advanced > Developer options > OEM unlocking is greyed out try:
  • Make sure WLAN is on
  • Reboot
  • Factory Reset
  • Make sure you are using the newest FP3 version
• Verify Settings > System > Advanced > Developer options > OEM unlocking is ON
• Unlock the bootloader
  • adb reboot bootloader
  • fastboot oem unlock

• Verify
  • md5sum twrp-3.5.1_9-0-FP3.img
  • md5sum twrp-installer-3.5.1_9-0-FP3.zip
  • sudo adb reboot bootloader
  • sudo fastboot boot twrp.img
• Install: TWRP for Fairphone 3
• sudo adb push twrp.img /sdcard/
• Once booted, navigate to the Advanced > Install Recovery Ramdisk option. This will ask you to select the image you want to install TWRP from. Select the TWRP image you just downloaded and copied into device storage. Proceed to install this image.
• You also need to use the Fix Recovery Bootloop option present in the same Advanced Tab. Use that option after you have installed the recovery ramdisk successfully to avoid boot loops happening from installing TWRP Permanently.
• fastboot flash boot
• Do not boot

• Info about FP3 -Install LineageOS on FP3
• Verify
  sha256sum lineage-17.1-20210315-nightly-FP3-signed.zip
• sudo adb sideload lineage-17.1-20210315-nightly-FP3-signed.zip
• Go back
• Reboot system

• If needed

• Factory Reset

  Settings → System → Advanced → Reset options → Erase all data (factory reset) → Reset phone
