Pokédex (a) - Having adapted to life in the harsh cold tundras and mountains, the Alcharian Growlithe subspecies gained a thicker coat of fur covering its more robust body, with a beard seemingly covering its mouth and face to shield it from the cold
Pokédex (b) - This Growlithe form once possessed different coats for the winter and summer months, although it seems that their migration into areas that are covered in snow year-round has led to them only expressing their white snowy cloaks of fur. In rare cases, these Growlithe can be found with a permanent summer coat.
Alcharian Growlithe is a Fire/Ice type regional form, which evolves into the alcharian regional form of Arcanine through the use of a Fire Stone. It can be found in the wild only within The Shattered, spawning rarely on several of the snowy taiga islands that the 2023 winter event took place among.
