Unable to Start Screen Share


  1. Is the request anonymous? If so, ask the user for the screen share code of the last screen share or the screen share having issues. If the user doesn't have the screen share code, have the user try again and send the screen share code for the latest attempt.
  2. If the user is not anonymous, look up the user's account to see the screen shares for the account.
  3. Determine the browser being used for the screen share by looking at the "user agent".
  4. Determine what presenter app being used for the screen share. Possible values are NATIVE, APPLET, and EXTENSION.
  5. If Windows, ask the user to send us app logs. See Instructions for Sending Windows App logs
