The prompt to Launch Application never appears (Chrome browser)#

You should receive the following prompt after downloading Screenleap and clicking on Share my Screen:

External Protocol Request prompt

If it doesn't appear, or you accidentally click on Do Nothing, you may need to reset your protocol handler settings.

In Chrome:

  1. Quit Chrome.
  2. Go to C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data.
  3. Delete the "Local State" file.
  4. Start Chrome and try sharing again.
