The Mac app is crashing. Where can I find the crash report?

Please go to ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. The Screenleap crash reports will start with "Screenleap".

I can't seem to resize the rectangle so that it includes the menubar and dock when in rectangle sharing mode. Is this possible?

It is not possible to resize the rectangle so that it covers the menubar or dock. If you need to be able to share those regions, you need to enable the full screen mode.
