Status updates on projects?
- Any updates on plot refactoring project? --> demo in 2 weeks
- Any updates on intern project discussions? --> Lucas still working to define open to ideas
- Any updates on GSC fast Debye calculator for Mac (debye efficiency) https://github.com/SasView/sasview/pull/2882 --> still a problem
- Any updates on mumag https://github.com/SasView/sasview/pull/2825? --> being worked on
- Any updates on Materials (pore size distribution and 3 phase invariant - https://github.com/SasView/sasview/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+pore) --> Next tasks defined but slow for the next month or so.
Release discussions
- Update on status of Beta release? Jeff
  - failing OpenCL and Mac signing.
- "Contributor" list update --> Paul to work on straw proposal for defining creators and prepare list of questions for next meeting.
  - Categories and meaning
    - Only two: creators = part of the citation (like authorship) and contributors = not part of the citation (more like acknowledgements)
    - Within non-citation category of "contributors" the list of accepted contributor types Zenodo follows is the DataCite vocabulary https://datacite-metadata-schema.readthedocs.io/en/4.5/appendices/appendix-1/contributorType/
    - Recommendation to date: keep number of types to a minimum
    - Questions:
      - Where to draw the "authorship" vs "acknowledgment" line?
      - What types of "contributor/acknowledged individuals"? The full list as appropriate? Just one ("Related Person" for example)? in between?
      - Does it still make sense to be listed both as a creator (author list) and contributor (acknowledgement list)?
    - We should make sure we align "how you can contribute" with whatever "policy" we come up with? https://www.sasview.org/contribute/
