Give user access to app

• Users can only successfully log into the Duress app (mobile or web app), if they have added to the Implementor's Identity Provider - refer to Setup Identity Provider

Remove user's access to app

• To remove a users from logging into the Duress app (mobile or web app), their account in the Implementor's Identity Provider needs to be updated accordingly

Assign user to relevant role(s)

• Users need to be assigned relevant roles in the Implementor's Identity Provider, with the exception of Security Responder.
• Security reponders are assigned to 1 or more location by a Company Admin using the Duress Web app - refer to Configure-locations for more information
