Here's how it might work. Under the topic "New Laws" we could bring up reinstating Glass-Steagel. Then we can research this and see if there were improvements that could have been made to Glass-Steagel or if there were reasons that it was done away with. After we had researched the topic using crowd-sourcing and come to a valid decision we would suggest it as a possible topic for vote. At this point we accept further criticism. If it survives we put it up for a vote. We also rally for attention so there are many people who know to vote, using crowd-sourcing, rallies, petitions, etc. Once we get an issue with wide support we push it through the government with the same power of crowd sourcing. Then, REPEAT!

This will be an amazing experiment in the viability of true democracy, and I have faith that democracy can improve on our current system!
