My goal is to get familiar with the tools that are used in this project. It is the first time I use any of them so I believe it will take a lot of effort just to understand how they work, what parameters to use and also to interpret the results.

Since I'm only working with a subset of the data used in the article I expect to see a difference in the result. My hypothesis is that I will se gene expression differences in forelimb and hindlimb and gene expression differences over the three different stages, as they did in the article, but maybe find other regions of interest.
