Network Troubleshooting - use network visualizer

1. Navigate to Burger Menu --> Networking --> Click on Network visualizer

2. Navigate to Burger Menu --> Networking --> Select Network path analyzer --> Click on create path analysis

3. Let us run a test analysis

4. As mentioned in error message that there is no matching ingress rule, create an ingress rule in the destination vcn to accept connections to Port 80. Once done, connection to the destination server is successful.
