Objective : Create Topic & Notification in OCI

1. Click on the burger menu --> Navigate to Developer Services --> Click on Notification

Note :- Always create a Topic in the Root compartment, so that it can be used for services in any compartment

2. Click on "Create Topic" --> Give a Topic Name and Description --> Click on Create

3. The new Topic has been created in the Root Compartment.

4. Click on the created topic --> Scroll down to "Subscription" section --> Click on "Create Subscription"

5. Select Protocol as "Email" (Options - Email or SMS) --> Enter a valid email address like Gmail --> Click "Create"

6. The subscription has been created. However, it needs to be confirmed

7. Go to your email and confirm subscription

8. The subscription has been created
