“Design a missile launcher which is accurate to intercept the target, rugged and automated with size and speed limit and all terrain movable. The cost should not exceed Rs.5000/- It should be 360 degree rotatable, should launch 4 missiles simultaneously with time interval 5 sec, speed of device should be less than 5km/hr. Weight of launcher should not exceed 5kg. It must be capable of inflicting a satisfactory degree of damage to the target on intercept. The missile and its components must be safe to handle, store, and use. It should have proper Electronic interface with platform’s command and control system” .
