Unlock prayer reordering

When enabled, this will allow you to reorder your prayers in the prayer tab and when the 'Quick Prayers' tab is open, remember to 'Lock' the reordering after use.

To reset the order back to default, click the 'Reset' button in the Reorder Prayers Configuration.
