Requirements

• Your country have an agreement with Netherlands OR You have the 30% Ruling
• Picture with the same requirements as the passport

Ps: Your partner can also get it using the same process

Exchange the driver license using 30% Ruling

• Go to CBR website
• Answer the questions for your own exam
• If you are approved, you will receive one letter in a week
• Schedule an appointment on the gemeente where you live for License Exchange
• Bring the letter from CBR (both in English and Dutch) your 30% Ruling, your Dutch ID, a debit card and the picture
• It should be ready to pickup in a week
  • You can also get back your driver license depending on the country that issued it, for Brazilian drivers you can get them on the Consulate in Amsterdam

Faq

• May I exchange a temporary driving license?
  • Yes, at least for Brazilian drivers you can exchange your temporary license to a dutch one if it is still valid.
