Introduction

XTM Cloud offers several basic settings for XTM Workbench, which can be adjusted at the level of individual XTM Cloud user. In this article, you will learn how to change them to your liking.

  1. Open XTM Workbench for a particular file (see How to open a file for translation in a created project for more information.
  2. Click the Settings button on the top left toolbar. Then click the General section from the dropdown menu. Untitled6
  3. Change the options to suit your needs and working preferences: for example, reduce the number of segments per page, deactivate Change segment status automatically or activate Run QA automatically when segment set to Completed. When you have set your options, click the Apply button to apply your changes and then click the Save button.
