Our group is researching the use of IT apps for personal health support. This survey aims to gain information in this space!
You may already be aware of existing apps and tools. Things like mood trackers and journaling apps have become increasingly popular over the last decade.
People journal for all sorts of reasons. This can include supporting one's mental health, keeping track of projects/hobbies, planning purposes, and record-keeping.
Our goals with this survey is to gather anonymous, non-personal, usage information. Please do not answer any question you are not comfortable with. We primarily want to know what people currently use. We are not interested in why people are using what they are using.
