New Graphics Outputs

I have made 2 new Overlay outputs called Wait and Handwarmers. They're currently super basic, I plan to make them nicer in the future. Meant to be used in conjunction with OBS integration.

Handwarmer

This page is meant to use your Tournament scene as a source in the lower field, and commentator cams in the upper left box.

Wait

This scene is meant to include an AV capture card in the lower right to show off Character Select and Stage Select between matches. While having wide shots of both commentators and players.

Templates

How these interact with the templates function of SlippiHUD is they got their own folders for their templates. \slippi-hud\graphics\elements\wait for the wait.html and \slippi-hud\graphics\elements\handwarmer for handwarmer.html

All of them are the same currently, templates will throw an error if you try to use a template that doesn't exist for that input that will need to be cleared for it to display any other template.
